PROJECT BRIEF
USER EXPERIENCE OF AIRPORTS + FOOD
THE PROBLEM
A project focused on looking at dining within airports and the possible frustrations that users can encounter. The goal was to provide an accessible and simple source of food information for the user; allowing them to make the most logical choice for their meals during travel.
01/ SETUP

The Prompt

An interesting part of this particular project comes from how the topic was decided. I drew out of a set of cards with scenarios, personas, and modifiers to create a set of parameters to explore within.

I interpreted the scenario of TSA experience and way finding as the general experience of an airport. Combining with that my persona of foodies, I decided that my topic would be to explore airport dining and the pain points that could exist in that experience.

02/ RESEARCH PROCESS
02/ ITERATION
03/ SOLUTION
Adapting to the environment and time of the airports, the UI also changes its color scheme in accordance with the time of the day. Shifting from color to color.
